OstroVit Vit&Min + Ashwagandha – comprehensive supplement to the daily diet
Ashwagandha – an extract from the root of a plant belonging to the Solanaceae family, also known as withania somnifera or Indian ginseng. Ashwagandha root is distinguished by the richness of valuable substances, constituting, among others, a source of withanolides. OstroVit preparation uses ashwagandha KSM-66, which is the best-tested ashwagandha extract available on the market. Unlike ashwagandha leaf extracts commonly used in industry, KSM-66 is made only from the roots of the plant, i.e. the parts that contain the highest amounts of valuable ingredients, which has a positive effect on the quality of the dietary supplement.
