Magnesium
Magnesium supplements at Omegafit come in several forms: magnesium citrate, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium malate, sold as capsules or as powder for mixing into water, from brands including OstroVit and ICONFIT. Citrate is the most common general-purpose form, bisglycinate is a chelate bound to the amino acid glycine, and malate pairs magnesium with malic acid and is commonly sold as a capsule taken earlier in the day.

Pick a form based on when and how you plan to take it: capsules are easiest for a fixed daily dose, while powder lets you adjust the amount and mix it into a drink.
