PABA – para-aminobenzoic acid – an organic chemical compound that until recently was classified as a vitamin and called vitamin B10. Currently, however, due to the fact that para-aminobenzoic acid can be formed naturally in the human body, it is considered that PABA is a vitamin-like substance and belongs to the group of amino acids.
Vitamin C is an organic chemical compound, it belongs to the group of polyhydroxy alcohols. It is a water-soluble substance that can be found in fresh vegetables and fruit.
