Usage and warnings
Dissolve a 1 g serving (1 scoop – use the 1 ml measuring scoop included in the pack) in 100–150 ml of water or juice. Do not use hot water. Take 1 serving daily, preferably with a meal. The product is intended for adults.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. This product should not be used by children, pregnant or nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of small children.
