The terms of this Privacy Policy apply to the OG club OÜ (hereinafter referred to as OG club) e-shop (www.omegafit.ee). The principles of the Privacy Policy concern the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage of customers’ personal data (hereinafter referred to as “processing”). Personal data is processed only in accordance with the requirements established by law and by taking all precautions to protect personal data. For what purpose is personal data processed?
Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods.
Purchase history data (purchase date, product, quantity, customer details) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences.
The bank account number is used to refund payments to the customer.
Personal data such as email, phone number, customer name are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).
Legal basis
Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract concluded with the client.
The processing of personal data is carried out to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and resolving consumer disputes).
Data processing takes place with the customer’s consent to perform the following activities: to send marketing messages.
Recipients to whom personal data is transferred
Personal data is transferred to the online store’s customer support to manage purchases and purchase history and resolve customer issues.
The name, telephone number and email address are forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. If the goods are delivered by courier, the customer’s address is also forwarded in addition to the contact details.
Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting. The data processor transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio OÜ.
Storage
Once a purchase has been made in the online store, the purchase history is retained for three years.

Direct marketing communications
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

Google Analytics 4 — We use the Google Analytics 4 tool, which collects anonymous usage data (page views, clicks, purchases) to measure and improve the performance of the online store. Microsoft Clarity — We use the Microsoft Clarity tool, which records anonymous session captures (clicks, scroll, cursor movement) and generates heat maps to improve the user experience. IP addresses are anonymized and entered data (checkout forms, passwords, payment details) are automatically masked. Data is served by Microsoft in EU data centers (GDPR-compliant). Stock notifications: if you sign up for a “Notify me” alert on an out-of-stock product page, we store your email address and use it only to send a one-time notification when the product is back in stock. You can request deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].
