Delivery terms

The goods will be released from the warehouse after payment has been made via bank link or after the transfer has been received into the OG Klubi OÜ bank account. When ordering multiple products, the delivery time depends on the product with the longest delivery time. For example: If one of the products in the shopping cart is marked as being on order, up to 3 working days will be added to the delivery time.

When ordering goods from the omegafit.ee e-store, you can choose between different delivery methods:

  1. I will pick up the goods myself – the pick-up location is OGGYM Jõusaal at: Roheline 74, Pärnu, 80041. The goods will be delivered between 8:00 and 17:00.
  • When the ordered goods are complete, you will receive a notification by email.
  • Completed orders will be kept in stock for up to 7 working days.
  • The goods can be picked up based on an identification document and order number.

2. Smartpost or Omniva parcel terminal – You will be notified by SMS of the time and place of arrival of the parcel.

  • Shipment weight up to 30 kg.
  • If there is no parcel machine option in the shopping cart, the selected items will not fit in the parcel machine.
  • Once the ordered goods have been packaged and shipped, you will receive a notification by email.
  • You will be notified of the arrival of the package via SMS.

3. Smart courier or Omniva courier

  • Once the ordered goods have been packaged and shipped, you will receive a notification by email.
  • The courier company will contact the private customer in advance to agree on a delivery time.
  • Goods are delivered to legal entities on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm without prior notice.
