Usage and warnings
Take 1 tablet with each meal containing lactose.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not take the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take the product. Keep out of reach of young children. Lactose tolerance varies and you should seek advice on the role of lactose in your diet. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Keep the container tightly closed in a dry place at a temperature of 15-25 °C. Keep out of direct sunlight.
