Usage and warnings
Dissolve one serving of the product (50 g or 3.5 tablespoons) in 500 ml of water. Take 1-2 servings per day as needed. Best during and after training.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Children, pregnant or lactating women should not take the product.
Keep the container tightly closed in a dry place at a temperature of 15-25 °C. Keep out of direct sunlight.
