All proteins consist of different amino acids. However, plant proteins often lack BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids), which are essential protein building blocks that our body needs. Athletes even consume BCAAs additionally during training for better athletic performance. Therefore, we have added additional plant-based BCAA amino acids to ICONFIT Plant Protein to achieve an even more perfect protein.

We also specifically added vitamin B6 to the product, as it is often not present in sufficient quantities in a plant-based diet. Vitamin B6 plays a very important role in our body. It contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, nervous system function, psychological functions, normal formation of red blood cells, immune system function, and regulation of hormonal activity. It also helps reduce fatigue and tiredness.

Maca root powder has also been added to the product, which has a positive effect on the body. It is very rich in vitamin C, manganese, iron, vitamin B6, and essential fatty acids (Omega 3 and Omega 9). Maca contains a significant amount of 18 amino acids, 7 of which are essential amino acids. Inulin is a beneficial prebiotic fiber obtained from prized chicory root. As it is a fiber, inulin stimulates intestinal movement, which is important for overall gut health.
