ICONFIT Beta-Alanine is an amino acid that helps reduce muscle fatigue during training and develops strength and endurance. It promotes carnosine synthesis in the body, which helps prevent the rise of acidity in the muscles during exercise, thereby reducing the onset of muscle fatigue. This allows you to get the maximum results from your training and achieve higher strength and endurance goals.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Beta-alanine helps the body produce carnosine, which acts as a natural lactic acid buffer within the muscle. As carnosine levels increase in the muscles, the muscle’s ability to maintain a reasonable pH (acidity) level also increases. When performing heavy training, it plays an even more important role in increasing muscle endurance and strength.
A question may arise: why not consume carnosine instead of beta-alanine? This is because studies have shown that oral consumption of carnosine has not yielded any results for training or muscles. Therefore, to achieve the best results, we recommend beta-alanine.
USAGE: For the first 4 days, take up to 2 scoops per day (total 1800mg). Thereafter, take 3-4 scoops per day (total 2700mg – 3600mg). Take a 2-3 week break from consumption every 2-3 months. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
