Swanson Green Tea Extract provides a standardized green tea leaf extract that contains a high concentration of catechins, especially EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate) – the main active polyphenol.

Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with food. 60 capsules per bottle. Each capsule is equivalent to several cups of green tea without the caffeine content of liquid tea.
