Usage and warnings
Dissolve a 5 g (1 scoop) serving in 150 ml of water. Take one serving per day. Can also be added to smoothies, yogurts, juices. Drink about 2 l of water per day while taking the supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take the product. Keep out of reach of children.
