Usage and warnings
Take 1 serving (1 capsule), preferably before physical activity.
Do not consume a daily dose of (-) epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) equal to or greater than 800 mg. Do not take this product if you consume other green tea-containing products on the same day. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women or by children under 18 years of age. Do not take on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Keep out of reach of small children.
Store in a tightly closed container in a dry place at a temperature of 15-25°C. Protect from direct sunlight.
