Usage and warnings
Mix a 6 g serving (1 scoop) with 250–300 ml of water or juice. On training days, take one serving daily 30 minutes before training.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. This product should not be used by children, pregnant or nursing mothers. Keep out of reach of small children.
