ICONFIT Electrolyte Strong 200 g

ICONFIT Electrolyte Strong 200 g is an electrolyte drink powder (food supplement with sweetener) containing sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and vitamin C.

• Electrolytes + vitamin C: magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function; vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• During or after intense training: a 6 g serving per 300–500 ml of water, at most twice a day.
• 200 g tub: about 33 servings of 6 g; flavours forest fruits and apple.

Ingredients

Forest fruits: acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), salt, calcium (calcium lactate), flavourings, potassium (potassium citrate), magnesium (magnesium citrate), sodium (sodium citrate), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), black carrot concentrate, sweetener (sucralose).

Apple: acidity regulators (malic acid, citric acid), salt, calcium (calcium lactate), flavourings, potassium (potassium citrate), magnesium (magnesium citrate), sodium (sodium citrate), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), colour (beta-carotene), sweetener (sucralose), black carrot concentrate.

Per daily dose (12 g = 2 servings): sodium 1230 mg, potassium 360 mg (18% NRV*), magnesium 280 mg (76% NRV*), calcium 260 mg (32% NRV*), vitamin C 200 mg (250% NRV*). *NRV – nutrient reference value for adults.

Directions

Mix 6 g (1 heaped measuring scoop) of powder with 300–500 ml of water in a shaker. Use during or after intense training, at most twice a day.
