Usage and warnings
Mix a 4 g serving (¾ scoop) with 200 ml of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product should not be consumed while taking sedatives, sleeping pills or antiepileptic drugs; do not use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of small children.
